Our 2019 in Review

Challenges, growth, successes, learned lessons, and new opportunities were abundant in 2019 for the Free State Marketing team. The biggest change in 2019 was clearly our rebrand from Kaberline Communications to Free State Marketing. We got to work with the incredible Lady Moxie Design team to accomplish this task and we sincerely appreciated their guidance and talent!

In addition to working with the Lady Moxie Design team, we also had the opportunity to work with a number of new professional teams. This was probably one of the highlights of the year. We worked closely with Elevate Media Group from LaCrosse, WI, as well as a number of business owners who are members of The Hive in Wichita, Boundless Events, and Congregation Emanu-El. Extending our professional network and being inspired by fellow business owners and professionals is one of the many benefits to owning a small business.

Our Free State Marketing team also experienced a number of personal challenges in 2019. I am extremely proud of Tara and I for handling these challenges with grace and embracing the lessons we learned. We have continued to provide our clients with the best possible service and products despite moving to new places and adjusting to a new normal. We have become closer and were able to share and support each other throughout the year, which has made working together an even better experience.

We’re extremely thankful for all that 2019 provided and we’re happy to celebrate our top five accomplishments with all of you! Without a doubt 2020 will provide many new challenges and opportunities for growth. Bring on the next decade!
