This month, we’d like to introduce you to one of our favorite clients, Reynolds-Warren Equipment. Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, this company has spent decades providing high-quality, reliable asphalt paving equipment, service, and parts to Georgia contractors and municipalities. 

There’s a lot we could tell you about RW, but today, we’re sharing our top five reasons why we love working with their team.

They are growing.

Reynolds-Warren has taken Georgia’s asphalt paving equipment industry by storm. They listen to their customers, know the market inside and out, and look for ways to provide what both want and need. This includes adding new lines of equipment, opening new locations, and just recently, opening a new division: RW Pavement Preservation Solutions, to serve a specific market. They continue to apply a well-crafted growth strategy.

They are goal-focused.

The team keeps track of key performance indicators and sets SMART goals. Department leaders are able to provide feedback and ask for guidance when setting goals for the quarter and the year. They also do an exceptional job of ensuring that all department goals are helping to support their larger organizational goals. The team meets regularly to review progress and ask for assistance, if needed. This aspect of RW allows our marketing team to create strategies and develop tools effectively and efficiently, while still allowing for flexibility throughout the year.

They have integrity. 

When an organization’s values match each team member’s actions, marketing is a dream. Especially when it comes to service-based business. While RW does sell equipment and parts, a big part of their business is relationship building. They have spent years developing their reputation for quality, dependability, honesty, and trust. Our team is confident in using these terms in their advertising and marketing messages because we know their team members - at every level - will come through. 

They are team oriented.

RW does a great job with clear communication throughout their organization. Team members at all levels aren’t afraid to ask for help or reach out if they’re struggling with a task, project, or reaching a goal. The team freely shares ideas and works together to create solutions or offer assistance. Like every team, they face challenges and disagreements, but they work hard to confront these issues and put the company first.

They are collaborative.

While each RW team member is motivated in a different way, they all share the desire for the company to be successful. This leads the team to be willing to listen to different ideas, try new things, or attack a problem in a creative way. They freely share ideas with other team members and give credit where credit is due. We feel comfortable and safe pitching new ideas to them because we know they’ll provide honest feedback and provide complete support when a decision is made.
